To oni kreują dziś renomę restauracji i to dla nich - a nie do samego lokalu - przychodzą klienci. Dla najlepszych szefów kuchni oznacza to niezłe wynagrodzenie i przede wszystkim satysfakcję. Coraz częściej kucharze uczestniczą też w konkursach, wyjeżdżają za granicę i prowadzą bardzo interesujące życie.
