Kulinaria - Satire

Większość kucharzy w Polsce zdobywa ten zawód dzięki nauce w jednej z licznych szkół gastronomicznych - zawodowych lub techników. Ale kucharskie specjalności pojawiły się także w niektórych niepaństwowych szkołach wyższych, głównie hotelarsko-gastronomicznych. Współczesny kucharz nie powinien zaniedbać edukacji i, jeśli to możliwe, zdobyć wyższe wykształcenie.
Początki w tym zawodzie i w nauce bywają czasem trudne, zwłaszcza na zajęciach praktycznych. Uczniowie skupiają się nie tylko na poznawaniu teoretycznych zagadnień technologii gastronomicznej, ale i na ćwiczeniu fantazji. W technikach gastronomicznych już bowiem wiedzą, że to niezbędna cecha współczesnych kucharzy.
